On a crisp February morning in Stockholm, Accenture Chair and CEO Julie Sweet sat down for a conversation with Mats Agervi just moments before stepping on stage at the Combient Senior Executive Conference 2026. The interview goes behind the keynote and into the boardroom reality of AI. Rather than another high‑level talk about potential, Julie reflects on why the coming years will separate those who experiment with AI from those who truly reinvent their businesses with it. She discusses what she is hearing from global CEOs, where the urgency is coming from, and what changes most when companies move from pilots to large‑scale deployment.

With cyber risk still absent from many boardroom agendas, the question is clear: are organisations building the resilience their ambitions demand?
